Our portfolio page has no client logos on it. No testimonial carousel, no “trusted by” strip, no wall of grey corporate marks. This is not an oversight we are hoping you won’t notice. It is a position, and it is written into the company’s rules.
Adhunik Labs is an agentic-AI services company. We design, build, and operate AI systems for clients, with a human gate on every phase. We incorporated in Ahmedabad in July 2026, which makes us weeks old — and it means we have exactly zero client names to show you. Most new IT services firms treat that as a problem to be engineered around. We treat it as a fact to be stated plainly.
The logo wall problem
Browse the websites of young services firms and you will find the same furniture everywhere. A wall of logos, some earned three subcontracts deep, some not earned at all. Case studies with the client’s name redacted “for confidentiality” — which conveniently makes them impossible to check. Percentages with no baseline, no source, and no client willing to stand behind them.
The industry normalized this because buyers ask for proof and a new firm has none. So the proof gets manufactured. Everyone in the room knows it; nobody says it.
We wrote the opposite into our law of proof before we wrote a single page of our website. Zero fabricated social proof. No invented case studies. No borrowed logos. Numbers only when they are true and checkable. And our client wall ships empty, with a plaque on it:
This wall is empty because we launched this month. We would rather show you nothing than show you something invented.
What we show instead
Five products, built with our own money, shipped in twelve months, by the same team you would hire. Four are live today. The fifth, Circlio, is pre-launch, and our own site marks it “soon” until the day its app ships — four real dots and one honest outline convince more than five fake “live”s.
- AdhunikInvest — community-powered startup pitch competitions, with its money math published in public
- TheVibeManager — an agentic software-delivery platform: six named agents, a human gate on every phase
- FameX — AI personal PR for creators
- InkSmith — a fiction-first AI book studio: eleven agents around one author
- Circlio — a hyper-local community app, in pre-launch
Everything on that page is our audition. Open any of them. That is the interview we can’t fake.
Why a live product beats a case study
A case study is a story. You cannot click on a story. You cannot sign up for it, test its edge cases, or judge its engineering at two in the morning. You take it on faith, from the party with the strongest incentive to embellish it.
A live product is a different kind of evidence. It is checkable by anyone, at any hour, without our permission. If our onboarding is confusing, you will see it. If our systems fall over, you will see that too. A logo tells you a firm once had a contract. A product tells you what the firm’s work is actually like — and it keeps telling the truth after the sales call ends.
It also shows the method, not just the result. TheVibeManager is our services discipline turned into a product: agents do the work, a named human approves every phase. When we say that is how we will run your project, you don’t have to believe us. You can watch the same architecture running in public.
What this position costs us
We will be honest about the price. Some buyers screen on logos, and we will lose those conversations for a while. Procurement checklists were not written for firms that launched this month.
We accept that, because the alternative compounds badly. A firm that invents its first proof has to keep inventing. We would rather grow slower on true things. When real client names exist, they will go up — with permission, and checkable, like everything else on the site.
How to evaluate IT services without case studies
If you are comparing young firms, here is the test we would apply to ourselves. Ask to see something the team built end to end that you can use today, not a deck about it. Ask who makes the final call when an AI system wants to act — a named person, or nobody. Ask what they would refuse to build. A firm with real judgment has said “don’t build this” before, and can tell you when.
Our answers are on the portfolio page, running. Open the products, then tell us what you’re building — info@adhuniklabs.com.
